The Oracle's integrated grinder is convenient, but its design assumes you're using the hopper. This adapter gives you back manual control — dose in directly, bypass the tamp, and run fresh beans without having to maintain a full hopper. The handle version suits the BES980 where the twist motion is the natural activation; the BES990 version sits flush and lets the machine's own Grind button do the work. Both versions fit without tools and come off the same way.
